Here is one link to some interesting info on Catnip Oil and its properties as a bug repellent. I was watching a show on the history of catnip and they mentioned some of the same info listed on this link. Apparently, catnip oil is 10 times stronger than DEET. Something worth doing some research on. I’m working on finding a recipe to make my own repellent with catnip oil and some other essential oils.
